Beaverton, Oregon, February 2, 2010 Audio Precision, the recognized standard in audio test and measurement, today announced the promotion of two of the company’s management team to vice president.
Daniel Knighten, formerly Director of Products, will now serve as Vice President of Sales. Tom Williams, formerly Director of Marketing, is now the Vice President of Marketing. Knighten has been with AP since 2000, Williams joined the company in 2006. Key accomplishments include the successful introduction of the company’s newest line of audio analyzers (the next-generation APx Series) and strengthening Audio Precision’s position as the recognized standard in audio test within the international audio test community.
“AP’s Board of Directors unanimously approved the resolution to promote these two individuals,” said AP President Dave Schmoldt. “Daniel and Tom have already reinvigorated AP’s sales channel and marketing efforts, and I’m confident their leadership will help to strengthen AP’s market leadership position.”
