COVID-19 - A Note to Our Customers & Partners

To our customers and partners around the globe,

Audio Precision is closely monitoring updates on the COVID-19 pandemic, referencing information from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), US Department of Health and Oregon Health Authority. As an organization, we have taken, and will continue to take, specific actions intended to prevent the spread of COVID-19, while keeping the following key objectives in mind:

Maintaining the safety of our staff, vendors and customers

Supporting our customers, end-users and partners

Ensuring our operations are running in a safe environment

AP Staff

To ensure appropriate social distancing, the majority of our staff are now working from home. Any on-site team members (e.g., manufacturing) are staggering shifts and/or physical location to likewise ensure proper spacing. We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick. Facility cleaning has similarly been escalated to a much higher level.

Sales and Technical Support

We have effectively ceased travel and directed our sales and technical support teams to utilize video and/or phone conferences as the 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice wherever possible. With that said, our team remains available via phone and email to support you, answer technical questions and otherwise enable the audio measurement of your designs, prototypes and products.  Contact Us
