In countries with an Audio Precision Partner, please first contact your local distributor for service requests, as they can provide direct feedback to the AP’s headquarters and determine the best course of action. For technical support, product sales inquiries, software downloads, manuals and other resources, please visit the main AP website or contact your local AP distributor.

Important Notes:

  • Service must be scheduled before you ship your instrument.
  • Please do NOT send your instrument until your service has been scheduled and you have been issued an RMA. Requesting RMAs
  • The following instruments will transition to Unsupported on December 31, 2016: ATS-2, Portable One, System Two, System Two Cascade (Additional Information)
