The UK and Ireland comprise one of the top audio design markets in the world, and AP is proud to serve our many loyal audio analyser users here directly with the only direct office outside the USA.
Staffing a direct office allows AP to offer lower prices & gives our UK customers faster access to AP’s technical expertise to help with audio test challenges or to help with instrument loans.
The office is headed by British audio test engineer James Kelly, who has been developing custom test solutions using AP audio analysers for over 20 years.
Audio Precision sells the entire AP line of audio analyser models, including the industry standard 2700 Series audio analyser, the multichannel APx585 with HDMI, the ultrahigh bandwidth APx525 and the new production test audio analyser the APx515.
If you want a price quote, you can configure an instrument with options and accessories using AP's online quote generator (login required) or by calling the UK office.
For short term projects or longer-term evaluations, Audio Precision has an inventory of our standard configuration audio analysers available for rental and lease. Please contact the AP UK office to coordinate rentals requests and leases.
Audio Precision offers free technical support to all customers for as very long as they own their instruments. UK customers have three options for tech support. The first place to look is AP's online knowledgebase, which contains hundreds of articles on common challenges facing audio engineers as well on tips on how to get the most out of your AP analyser.
If you need one-to-one help, the best person to call is James Kelly, AP's man on the ground in the UK.
For more involved support, such as LabVIEW or .NET automation support or other macros, Audio Precision's US-based tech support department is also at your service. Visit the main tech support page for more information

“The support from AP-UK was key to Sontia producing such a well-received demonstration product for this year’s CES show.
We were loaned an instrument whilst our one was being built, this flexible approach ensured that we had chosen the right options
for the instrument ordered and gleaned us several additional days of development time, which made a very big difference to the end result. Thank you James and Audio Precision.”
