MLS Quick Launch macro fails in AP2700 v3.30

Question:

I recently purchased a SYS-2722 and was using the MLS loudspeaker / microphone measurement Quick Launch macro. Every time I press the sweep GO button, an error message is displayed:.

“Error 18020: Channel 1 De-emphasis overload detected”

I have power cycled and set everything up again from scratch and we always get this error message. What am I doing wrong?

Answer:

Upon researching this issue we’ve found that the MLS Speaker Tester Quick Launch macro and test files are broken. We have fixed the files and they may be downloaded below.

Please save the two files into your “My DocumentsAudioPrecisionAP2700 3.30Quick Launch” directory, replacing the ones currently there. This will fix the problem.

Resolves an error with the MLS Quick Launch macro in AP2700 v3.3. When the MLS Quick Launch icon is clicked, and then the sweep Go button is clicked, the following message is displayed: "Error 18020: Channel 1 De-emphasis overload detected" Unzip this file, and save the two resulting files in the "My DocumentsAudio PrecisionAP2700 3.30Quick Launch" directory, replacing the ones currently there. This will fix the problem.
